HOW DO I PROCEED WITH AN EXCHANGE REQUEST?
You can easily exchange any item purchased from our online store within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Fast and uncomplicated
The most straightforward way to your exchange is to place a new order in our online store. This way you can be sure that your desired item will reach you in the fastest way possible.
Exchange with return slip
Please use the enclosed return slip for returns within Germany. Please enter the desired color, size and model number for the exchange on the enclosed return sheet. We will send you the selected exchange item to the delivery address of the previous order. If the newly selected item is no longer available, you will automatically receive a credit note or a transfer in the amount of the purchase price to your credit card account or checking account. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE / RETURN If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please return it to us within 30 days. Upon receipt of the goods, you will immediately receive a credit to the payment method you originally used. We don't just promise you that - we guarantee it. To ensure a smooth process, please read the requirements below for your return and money back guarantee. Condition of your returned items Please note that you may only use the delivered goods for the purpose of testing, comparable to trying them on in a local store. In the event of further use, we reserve the right to demand reasonable compensation for lost value. The aforementioned restrictions, which result from the listed return modalities, apply in any case only after the expiration of the statutory revocation period. Chargeable return from abroad with DHL
For these countries you will receive a return label for a fee from our logistics partner DHL. In this case, please contact our customer service at 0761-380 90 90 or send us an e-mail to bestellung@schuhe-lueke.de.
Please let us know your customer number, which you will find on your invoice. You will receive the return label by e-mail as a PDF, which you can print out. On this label your sender address and the recipient address of Schuhe Lüke are already listed.
Please note that you are responsible for the price of the shipping costs incurred.
