The Dutch family business Van Bommel was founded in 1734 in the small town of Moergestel and is already in the hands of the ninth generation. For 276 years the brand has asserted itself on the international market thanks to classy, hand-sewn shoes which stand out with their excellent quality and impeccable manufacturing – and its success steadily continues to grow. The middle brother, Floris van Bommel, manages the company today and started a reorientation of the company after taking over the family business. This is why the current collection comes in four different styles: There is the Dressed, Premium, Sport and Casual collection by Floris van Bommel.On this basis the company covers various areas of shoe fashion and creates unmistakable creations which can be worn to almost all occasions. Van Bommel attaches great importance to the manufacturing of carefully selected materials: Every single shoe is produced in more than 280 single work steps. The company has also gained popularity in Germany and convinces demanding men and women of every age group by launching shoes in various designs, ranging from sporty over classical to elegant, onto the market.
