Dear customer,

if you are not satisfied with the article you purchased, you can return it within 30 days. After the arrival of the goods, you will immediately receive credit voucher or a money transfer equal to the purchase value on your credit card account, respectively bank giro account. For deliveries abroad shipping and return costs are to be paid by the buyer.

Please note that the sent goods should only be used for test purposes, as is usual when trying on goods in a retail store. In case of a wider use, we reserve the right to demand a sufficient substitute of value.
