What does the asterisk* mean next to a size?
Sizes marked with an [*] are already re-ordered or readily available and they will be dispatched as soon as they have arrived. You will be informed about the delivery date in your order confirmation.
What does [*Request] in the size box mean?
For certain models you can choose [*Request] in the drop-down selection. Here you can request for sizes that are not listed. After receiving your inquiry, we will inform you if and how fast the desired size is deliverable. Please bear in mind that we can not provide this option for all our products, because we are subjected to the conditions of the respective manufacturers.
What is an exhibit?
We offer exhibits at reduced prizes. The higher the rebate, the higher is the possibility of significant flaws or traces of fittings.
What payment methods can I use?
Payment of the goods may take place optionally by Paypal, prepayment or credit card.
Cash on delivery
The invoice amount is to be paid by cash to the delivering parcel service after receipt of the products. We will pay for the processing and cash on delivery fees.
Payment in advance
Within one to two working days you will receive an order confirmation with our bank details via e-mail. Alternatively, you can transfer the invoice amount via Paypal. Please use the send money feature of your PayPal account and send the invoice amount to paypal@schuhe-lueke.de.We will send out your order after receipt of payment. Ordered items will be reserved for 7 days after you have placed your order. We will cancel your order if we haven’t received the payment within this period.
Credit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To guarantee the protection of your credit card from third-party access, we will code your complete data with an
SSL
deciphering key. After choosing this method of payment, please keep your credit card at hand. You will be asked to insert your credit card number, the date of expiry as well as the card verification code.
The verification code is located on the back of your card. The three numbers typically appear beneath the signature strip. We debit your credit card only on the day of shipment. Please note that only prepayment will be accepted for orders from abroad.
PayPal
We also provide payment by PayPal for a safer and easier way to pay online. In case the automatic PayPal payment does not work you can send the invoice amount to paypal@schuhe-lueke.de. Please indicate the order number you have received via e-mail as your reason of transfer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for orders over 99 EURO within Germany. For orders under 99 EURO we will calculate a shipping cost flat-fee of 5 EURO for post and packaging. Click

How long do I have to wait for my order?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have received your order. Items that are "readily available" will be delivered within a short time frame. You will receive an e-mail or phone call once we know the exact delivery date. Articles marked with "Pre-order now" are not immediately available and the delivery period depends on the availability of the manufacturer.
What status has my order?
Can not wait to try on your new shoes? Do not worry, we will inform you immediately once your package is on its way. Wel will send you information about the tracking code with which you can check the actual status of your delivery.
Can I cancel or amend a order?

– we want to provide our customers with a fast delivery. Once the parcel is already on its way, your order cannot be cancelled.
How do you handle claims?
If you are not satisfied with your product, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will find a fast, non-bureaucratic and simple way to take care of your claim. Please note that we can only claim shoes that have been bought at our online-shop. If this is not the case, please contact the shop where you purchased the shoes
How to return a product? If you are not satisfied with the article you purchased, you can return it within 30 days.In the case of foreign deliveries, the shipping and return costs have to be paid by the purchaser. You will receive a credit note/ transfer in the amount of the purchase price on your giro account/paypal account/credit card as soon as the goods have arrived.
Please note that the sent goods should only be used for test purposes, as is usual when trying on goods in a retail store. In case of a wider use, we reserve the right to demand a sufficient substitute of value.
