How long do I have to wait for my order? 

For items that are available for immediate delivery within Germany, delivery will be made within one to a maximum of four business days by our shipping service provider DPD*, DHL* or DHL-Express*. Please select your preferred shipping service provider for your order when completing your order.

Sizes marked with * are already backordered or available on short notice and will be shipped as soon as we receive them.

If you pre-order, delivery time is subject to availability from the manufacturer. We will let you know the estimated delivery time of your item in the order confirmation. Our inventory is updated for you approximately every 30 minutes on weekdays. If an ordered item or the desired size is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Sold out items may be reordered after all or become available again at short notice due to returns. If you leave us your e-mail address, we will inform you as soon as the item should be available again within 30 days.

The standard delivery time is 1 to 2 working days. You have the option to select DHL Express as the shipping service provider when completing the order.

The invoiced shipping costs for shipments to the UK in the amount of 25 EUR cover all applicable customs and import fees. Customers from the UK do not have to pay any further customs or import fees for their orders from our online store. 

Please note: For shipments to non-EU countries (excluding the UK), the correct customs clearance of the order is the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping is done by DHL (Deutsche Post AG). Payment can be made by cash on delivery, prepayment, AmazonPay, PayPal, credit card or on account (within Germany).
